Returns — Simple, Clear & Fair
Eligibility
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Have proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)
How to Return
- Email us at info@khanleathers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and return request.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a traceable shipping service.
Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–15 business days to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges — Getting It Right
You may also request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Follow the same steps as a return. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
Important Notes
- Items must be in new condition. “New” means not worn, not used, and not damaged by the customer.
- Items showing signs of wear, odor, misuse, or damage may be refused.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
- Customized, tailored, or personalized items (custom items are non-returnable)
- Final-sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund
